Collective Minds: Break, Total Science, DLR, Randall, Mako & Onset Launch Brand New Club Night

What happens when some of the scene’s most respected names put their heads together to create a monthly event in Bristol? A Collective is born.

The brilliant minds in question are none other than Break, Total Science, DLR, Randall, Mako and Onset – An absolute dream team when you consider they’ll be curating the event at The Crofters Rights each month, and will be Collective’s resident DJs on rotation.

In their own words…

“We are all Bristol based, involved in music and wanted to link up on a regular mid-week night to showcase the labels & artists we work with; spread some positive vibes and hopefully inspire others in the process. London has its own weekday events, so we wanted something unique to Bristol – quality music in a relaxed environment, simple as that.”

With an ethos like that the event is bound to be firmly entrenched in Bristol’s deep D&B history from the onset.

With DLR, Mako, Dead Mans Chest and Boston announced for the launch party, it’s clear that each month is going to showcase nothing but the best in D&B and Jungle.

To celebrate the launch of the event, they’re giving away a brand new DLR & Total Science track as a free download to all who subscribe to their mailing list. Subscription links are available on their official Facebook page. Follow the instructions to get your ears on this absolute beast of a track. (Note: The download can only be accessed via desktop)

We salute the guys for keeping the spirit of D&B alive and look forward to seeing how the event evolves in the future. We have a feeling this is the start of a new era, and one we’re welcoming with open arms.
