AWOL 2nd AUGUST, INDIGO2 LONDON

Yes yes all crew, it’s time once again to step up and rejoice in the Junglist Way of Life with the legendary AWOL crew. This time around you’re going to be treated to a spectacular sweet 16th birthday celebration at one of the UK’s hottest new venues, indigo2 – part of the multi-million pound redevelopment of The o2, an intimate music venue next to the Arena under the o2 roof. This is yet another forward thinking move from the AWOL family and promises to be one of the most spectacular events in their illustrious history!

Since opening its doors on 2nd July 2007 with a stunning performance from music icon Jools Holland, indigo2 has witnessed show-stopping sets from the likes of Prince,  Timbaland, KT Tunstall and James Blunt to name a few, but now it’s time for the Junglist soldiers to take over with a battering selection of the finest in old skool beats and basslines provided by none other than the executioner himself, Andy C – playing his first ever AWOL Jungle set – and of course the whole AWOL crew, Micky Finn, Darren Jay, Kenny Ken, Randall and Dr S Gachet with Fearless, Flux and the Ragga Twins providing the vocal accompaniment.

What a way to celebrate your 16th birthday! And as indigo2 promises a top of the range sound system, two large bars featuring “7 second pint” fast pouring technology and cool air conditioning throughout, you can be assured that you’ll be raving in the best possible surroundings in the capital!
